A real-estate developer expresses optimism in its new project despite speculations of a soft real estate market amid the global crisis.
Peri Villarta, Managing Director of F3Properties, Inc. is confident that San Fermin Place, located in Maribago, Lapu-lapu City will still attract prospective buyers with the right marketing anfg investment.
Ricardo Inting, chairman and chief executive officer of Land Asia Global Properties Network (Land Asia) said real estate projects in Cebu remains to be attractive to foreigners and balikbayans.
In a memorandum, F3 has given Land Asia the exclusive right to market San Fermin.
Ms. Villarta said the P200-million development offers a comfortable, exclusive, secure and stable investments for families, professional, retirees and balikbayans. The two-hectare development is located near the airport as well as beaches and other new development in Mactan.
