F3 Properties finds a partner
March 02, 2009

During the signing of agreement, officers of F3 Holdings touched base with one ot their most important partners - the brokers. From left are Peri Villarta, managing director F3 Holdings Corp.; international realtor Ricardo Inting, chairman of Land Asia Group of Comapanies; and Gene Granada, the president of Cebu Realtors Board.

To better market its development, F3 Properties simultaneously launched San Fermin Place and inked a partnership with Land Asia Realty and Development Corporation (LARDC) last month. The event was attended by Cebu’s top real estate brokers.

San Fermin Place is a subdivision located in Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu Ciy, right in the middle of three resorts. It offers exclusivity because only 19 open lots and 21 townhouses are available in the 2.2-hectare property.

With the inking of the partnership, LARDC is now in charge of all the marketing aspects of San Fermin Place not only locally but internationally as well, through LARDC’s counterpart, Land Asia Global Properties Network (LAGPN) based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

LARDC is headed by couples Ricardo “Ric” N. Inting and Marissa Inting.

According to Peri S. Villarta, managing director of F3 Properties, they have carefully chosen LARDC for a partner because they know that LARDC can also promote their “baby,” San Fermin Place, to investors not only here but in the US.

LARDC has been in business for almost two decades, handling some of Cebu’s biggest real estate projects. It is one of the leading local firm providing professional marketing and services via property brokerage and property-related investment projects. LARDC has been garnering different awards from 1993, only a year after its existence.

Other project handled by LARDC includes memorial gardens and condominiums. They also have rental projects in Cebu, Bacolod, Cagayan, and Davao.

For more information about San Fermin Place, visit Ground Floor, Geson Bldg., Jakosalem Street, Cebu City. You may also contact them through telephone numbers 254-6073 or 254-4049.
